Material Selection
At Kui Lee, quality begins with the materials we choose. We source only high-grade, Grade A raw materials from both domestic and international suppliers, including PTT, SCG, and Toray. Before entering the production line, all materials undergo laboratory testing to ensure they meet our strict QC standards and are fully compliant with industrial requirements.
Fiber Extrusion
Once approved, the raw materials are processed into fibers. These fibers then undergo another round of quality inspection to ensure they meet industry specifications before moving forward to the manufacturing stage.
Twisting & Stranding
After passing QC, the fibers are twisted and combined to achieve the desired thickness and structure. This process requires skill, experience, and close supervision to maintain world-class quality. Kui Lee uses advanced twisting technology imported from Denmark and is recognized as having the largest number of twisting machines in Thailand.
Net Weaving
The high-quality fibers then enter the weaving stage. We utilize Japanese-standard netting machines, combined with the expertise of our technicians and weaving specialists, to deliver precise, consistent mesh quality. Our machines are capable of producing both single-knot and double-knot nets.
Dyeing Process
Kui Lee uses dyes and chemicals imported from Singapore from ISO 9001:2015–certified suppliers (DyStar). These eco-friendly chemicals ensure that when our products come into contact with seawater, they leave no harmful residues and do not affect marine ecosystems. We offer a wide range of color options to meet various customer requirements.
Heat Setting
In the heat-setting process, nets are treated with controlled heat to achieve the desired stability and shape requested by the customer. Quality checks are performed before and after heat setting—such as verifying mesh size—to ensure precision.
Heat setting is divided into two types:

Lengthway: Heat setting along the horizontal direction

Depthway: Heat setting along the vertical/depth direction
At Kui Lee, we use high-quality heat-setting machines, resulting in nets that are clear, glossy, and soft.
Final Quality Inspection
After all production stages, finished products undergo a final inspection for size, length, weight, and overall quality. This ensures that every item we deliver meets our high standards and fulfills each customer’s exact specifications.
Packaging
Once production is completed and the products have passed quality inspections at every stage, they are carefully folded and packed with precision using high-quality materials and equipment. All packaging meets export standards or is customized according to customer requirements.
